How to make it

  • I sometimes bake my muffins in heart shaped tins.
  • Be sure to grease tins well to insure easy removal of the muffins
  • Beat egg in bowl with fork and stir in milk and oil.
  • Combine all dry ingredients in another bowl and mix well.
  • Stir dry ingredients quickly into the liquids to moisten.
  • Batter will be lumpy!.
  • Fill muffins tins 2/3 full.
  • Bake 400 degrees 20 minutes or golden.
  • Makes about 10 -12 regular size muffins.
