Easy And Delicious Bluberry Muffins

Recipe easily doubles and muffins freeze well. One of my favorite recipes. I sometimes add a bit of vanilla flavor to the recipe. Muffins are very moist and tender.
Ingredients
- 1 large egg shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 1/4 cup oil shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups flour shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 2 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 cup bluberries. shopping list
How to make it
- I sometimes bake my muffins in heart shaped tins.
- Be sure to grease tins well to insure easy removal of the muffins
- Beat egg in bowl with fork and stir in milk and oil.
- Combine all dry ingredients in another bowl and mix well.
- Stir dry ingredients quickly into the liquids to moisten.
- Batter will be lumpy!.
- Fill muffins tins 2/3 full.
- Bake 400 degrees 20 minutes or golden.
- Makes about 10 -12 regular size muffins.
