Peanut Butter Chicken Wings Recipe
Peanut butter was invented to be served with meat. This sauce makes you want to lick the bowl!

Ingredients
  • 1 T. soy sauce
  • 1 t. hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • 2 T honey
  • 2 T. lime juice
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 lbs. chicken wings
  • 1cup salt
  • gallon of water

Directions
  1. Mix 1 cup of salt into 1 gallon of water in a large cooking pot.
  2. Submerge chicken wings in water and refrigerate for at least two hours or overnight.
  3. Grill chicken wings until cooked through and no longer pink.
  4. Mix remaining ingredients in large bowl with a tight fitting lid.
  5. Put chicken wings in bowl, put the lid on tightly and shake.
  6. Extra cilantro may be added.

Your right, peanut butter compliments meat perfectly!!! I think its one of my favotrite sauces!! This recipe sounds great!!


I'm sure I will like this sauce - I prefer the ones that are heavy on the peanut butter and lighter on the soy...this sounds like the perfect one for me - never thought to try it on chicken wings...love it on shrimp and pork, so how can I go wrong with wings? Thanks, sleon!
