Chinese sticky Chicken

- 1 C finely crushed garlic and onion croutons shopping list
- 1/2 C cornstarch shopping list
- 2 tbs light soy sauce shopping list
- 2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into pieces. shopping list
- 1/4 C canola oil shopping list
How to make it
- In large bowl whisk croutons and cornstarch, adding Soy Sauce
- Add Chicken and toss
- cover and refridgerate30 minutes
- Heat Oil in large Skillet ( on Medium)
- add Chicken and cook covered 20-25 minutes ( until nice and crispy and cooked through). ( turn 4 or 5 times during)
- Drain on Paper Towels
- Serve with Soy Sauce, chopped Scallions and Rice, steamed Snap Peas..
