How to make it

  • In large bowl whisk croutons and cornstarch, adding Soy Sauce
  • Add Chicken and toss
  • cover and refridgerate30 minutes
  • Heat Oil in large Skillet ( on Medium)
  • add Chicken and cook covered 20-25 minutes ( until nice and crispy and cooked through). ( turn 4 or 5 times during)
  • Drain on Paper Towels
  • Serve with Soy Sauce, chopped Scallions and Rice, steamed Snap Peas..

    Reading the comment above (and not only on your recipe but many others too) I hope people aren't giving fork ratings BEFORE trying the recipes?! That would make the rating system useless...
