Ingredients
  • 1 C finely crushed garlic and onion croutons
  • 1/2 C Cornstarch
  • 2 tbs light Soy Sauce
  • 2 lbs. boneless, skinless Chicken Breast cut into pieces.
  • 1/4 C Canola Oil

Directions
  1. In large bowl whisk croutons and cornstarch, adding Soy Sauce
  2. Add Chicken and toss
  3. cover and refridgerate30 minutes
  4. Heat Oil in large Skillet ( on Medium)
  5. add Chicken and cook covered 20-25 minutes ( until nice and crispy and cooked through). ( turn 4 or 5 times during)
  6. Drain on Paper Towels
  7. Serve with Soy Sauce, chopped Scallions and Rice, steamed Snap Peas..

Now this looks different and I'm going to give it a try. I've never prepared chicken this way and it's calling me. A great "5" fork recipe.
