Chinese Sticky Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

1 C finely crushed garlic and onion croutons

1/2 C Cornstarch

2 tbs light Soy Sauce

2 lbs. boneless, skinless Chicken Breast cut into pieces.

1/4 C Canola Oil

Directions

In large bowl whisk croutons and cornstarch, adding Soy Sauce

Add Chicken and toss

cover and refridgerate30 minutes

Heat Oil in large Skillet ( on Medium)

add Chicken and cook covered 20-25 minutes ( until nice and crispy and cooked through). ( turn 4 or 5 times during)

Drain on Paper Towels

Serve with Soy Sauce, chopped Scallions and Rice, steamed Snap Peas..

Reading the comment above (and not only on your recipe but many others too) I hope people aren't giving fork ratings BEFORE trying the recipes?! That would make the rating system useless...
