Smoked Trout And Tangerine Salad

- 1 tb red wine vinegar shopping list
- 4 tb extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 1 garlic clove, minced shopping list
- 1 tb flag hill cranberry liqueur shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- 2 handfuls mesclun greens shopping list
- 2 tangerines, peeled and separated into sections shopping list
- 1/8 red onion, sliced thin shopping list
- 12 pistachio nuts, shelled shopping list
- 4 oz smoked steelhead trout, flaked shopping list
- 2 lemon wedges shopping list
How to make it
- In a small bowl whisk together the vinegar, olive oil, garlic and liqueur. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- On two plates evenly arrange the mesclun, tangerines, sliced onion and pistachio nuts in a visually pleasing way. Scatter equal amounts of the trout on top of the greens. Spoon on modest amounts of the dressing. Garnish with lemon wedges.
