How to make it

  • In a small bowl whisk together the vinegar, olive oil, garlic and liqueur. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • On two plates evenly arrange the mesclun, tangerines, sliced onion and pistachio nuts in a visually pleasing way. Scatter equal amounts of the trout on top of the greens. Spoon on modest amounts of the dressing. Garnish with lemon wedges.
