Cool Indian Yougurt Sauce

- 16 oz Container of plain yogurt shopping list
- 4 Tbsp of cumin shopping list
- 2 Tsp of sea salt or kosher salt shopping list
- 1 Tsp of black pepper shopping list
- 1 Whole lemon (juice and Zest) shopping list
- 1/2 Of A yellow onion shopping list
- 2 garlic cloves shopping list
- 1/2 a english cucumber shopping list
How to make it
- Place all the yogurt in one medium or large size bowl.
- Combine 4 Tbsp of Cumin, Sea or Kosher Salt, Black Pepper and Lemon Zest.
- Mix Well and set aside. Finely Dice Onion, Garlic, and English Cucumber.
- Add All The diced ingredients and Lemon Juice.
- Combine well until everything is spread out evenly. Refrigerate for 30-60 Minutes.

Mmmm, I love your sauce. I prepare something very similar but use sliced cucumbers. I'm going to try it your way with the cumin addition. Thanks so much for a great "5" fork recipe.
