Honey Citrus Chicken Skewers Recipe

Ingredients

2lb of Chicken Breasts (Into Strips)

2 Tbsp of Hickory Honey

2 Tbsp of Worcestershire

2 Tbsp of Dijon Mustard

1 Oz of Cilantro(Chopped)

1 Lime (Juice and Zest)

2 Cloves of Garlic(Slice)

bamboo skewers (Soaked in Ice Cold water)

Directions

In a Marinating Bowl (I Like to specify one bowl to marinating since it keeps all the flavors and it helps with sanitation) Mix Honey,Worcestershire,Dijon Mustard,Cilantro, Lime Juice and Zest, and Garlic and mix everything together.

Add all chicken into the marinade and refrigerate for 50 Minutes.

After 50minutes take out the meat and skewer the meat carefully into a up and down pattern.

Preheat the grill to high and once done add chicken.

Cook the meat until everything is fully cooked (Depends on Meat Size and all grills)

Serve with rice or grilled potatoes.
