Just a few extras to make an everyday Tuna sandwich into a deluxe delicious and filling lunch! I usually add more mayonaise after putting the chopped eggs in. Ingredients
- 2 cans drained tunafish (albacore tastes the best) shopping list
- 3 hardboiled eggs chopped shopping list
- 1/4-1/2 cup Mayoinaise (I prefer Hellmans) shopping list
- 1 medium sized ripe tomato chopped shopping list
- 2-3 chopped green onions shopping list
- 1 tbsp. mustard shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp pepper shopping list
- 8-10 slices of whole grain bread (toasted tastes better) shopping list
How to make it
- This is a no brainer- combine ingredients
- toast the bread and you've got a delicious lunch!

I made this for lunch today and it was really delicious! I would have never thought of adding a hard boiled egg to tuna, but it was yummy! A great way to stretch a can of tuna, too. Thank you so much!
