Broccoli Cheese Soup

- 2 bunches of fresh broccoli- with tops only finely chopped* shopping list
- You can save the stems if you want for something else shopping list
- 1 2 lb box of Mexican Velveeta- diced for easier melting shopping list
- 1 can cream of celery soup shopping list
- 1 can cream of chicken soup shopping list
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 3 soup cans of milk shopping list
How to make it
- In large sauce pan place all the ingredients and simmer for about 30-45 minutes or until the broccoli is tender. Stir frequently that the cheese does not stick to bottom of pot.
- This recipe is very easy but very tasty!
- * I suppose you could use frozen broccoli for this
