Broccoli Cheese Soup Recipe
This is my sisters recipe. It is a favorite in our house served with homemade rolls.

Ingredients
  • 2 bunches of fresh broccoli- with tops only finely chopped*
  • You can save the stems if you want for something else
  • 1 2 lb box of Mexican Velveeta- diced for easier melting
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3 soup cans of milk

Directions
  1. In large sauce pan place all the ingredients and simmer for about 30-45 minutes or until the broccoli is tender. Stir frequently that the cheese does not stick to bottom of pot.
  2. This recipe is very easy but very tasty!
  3. * I suppose you could use frozen broccoli for this
