Broccoli Cheese Soup Recipe

This is my sisters recipe. It is a favorite in our house served with homemade rolls.

Ingredients
- 2 bunches of fresh broccoli- with tops only finely chopped*
- You can save the stems if you want for something else
- 1 2 lb box of Mexican Velveeta- diced for easier melting
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3 soup cans of milk
Directions
- In large sauce pan place all the ingredients and simmer for about 30-45 minutes or until the broccoli is tender. Stir frequently that the cheese does not stick to bottom of pot.
- This recipe is very easy but very tasty!
- * I suppose you could use frozen broccoli for this
