Sherried Beef

- 2 lbs stew meat cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes shopping list
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1/2 package dry onion soup mix shopping list
- 3/4 cup dry sherry shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven 325*
- In deep casserole dish place beef and mushroom soup. Sprinkle with 1/2 package of onion soup mix and add the sherry; stir everything together. Cover and bake for 3 hours. Serve over hot rice.
