Sherried Beef Recipe
You can use an inexpensive cut of beef and it will be tender since it cook for three hours. I bet you could make in crock pot on low also.

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs stew meat cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 package dry onion soup mix
  • 3/4 cup dry sherry

Directions
  1. Preheat oven 325*
  2. In deep casserole dish place beef and mushroom soup. Sprinkle with 1/2 package of onion soup mix and add the sherry; stir everything together. Cover and bake for 3 hours. Serve over hot rice.
