Ingredients
  • 2 Tbsp cocao powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 small can evaporated milk

Directions
  1. In a small saucepan, combine sugar and cocao
  2. Turn on to medium heat
  3. Add butter, stir until butter has melted
  4. Gradually add milk, stirring until combined
  5. Bring to a boil and let boil for 3 minutes
  6. Serve warm with just about anything!
