Strawberries are in season and this is a great way to serve them for brunch, or even dessert.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1/2 cup dark brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tbls vanilla
  • 1 tbls dark rum or bourbon
  • Whole strawberries

Directions
  1. Cook time does not include chill time
  2. Combine all ingredients except strawberries and stir until completely smooth
  3. Chill
