Pineapple Mojito

this is a drink that is made by a beverage specialist , Mathew Henry, at one of the local restaurant....Shadows on the Hudson
Ingredients
- 2 ounces 10 cane rum shopping list
- 6 chunks fresh pineapple shopping list
- 12 - 15 fresh mint leaves shopping list
- one lime cube shopping list
- 2 -3- white sugar cubes shopping list
- ice shopping list
How to make it
- Muddle pineapple, mint, sugar, and the lime.
- add ice to the top of the glass.
- add rum
- stir to mix ingredients...
- garnish with a chunk of pineapple
