this is a drink that is made by a beverage specialist , Mathew Henry, at one of the local restaurant....Shadows on the Hudson

Ingredients
  • 2 ounces 10 cane rum
  • 6 chunks fresh pineapple
  • 12 - 15 fresh mint leaves
  • one lime cube
  • 2 -3- white sugar cubes
  • ice

Directions
  1. Muddle pineapple, mint, sugar, and the lime.
  2. add ice to the top of the glass.
  3. add rum
  4. stir to mix ingredients...
  5. garnish with a chunk of pineapple
