How to make it

  • Combine sugar, butter, eggs, and milk in a mixing bowl; beat well.
  • Blend flour, baking powder, and salt; add and mix until blended (about 1 minute). Fold in blueberries.
  • Spoon into 12 well-greased muffin cups, fill almost to the top of the cup.
  • Bake at 375F for 20 to 25 minutes.
  • (I have never had luck getting the muffins out in one piece unless I use paper liners.)
