How to make it

  • Put cream cheese, salami, green onion and parsley through grinder.
  • Add enough red wine to moisten.
  • Hollow out small unsliced French rolls.
  • Stuff very tightly with cheese and salami mixture.
  • Make day before and store wrapped in foil in refrigerator or freeze.
  • To serve cut in slices with a sharp knife.
  • May be served cold or toasted under broiler.
