Stuffed French Rolls Recipe
This is an awesome appetizer recipe that I obtained from a poker friend who serves this often at his poker parties. It is good as an appetizer or as a sandwich or main dish. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 4 small packages cream cheese
  • 1 chub dry salami
  • 1 bunch green onions use part of green
  • 1 bunch parsley washed no stems
  • Red wine

Directions
  1. Put cream cheese, salami, green onion and parsley through grinder.
  2. Add enough red wine to moisten.
  3. Hollow out small unsliced French rolls.
  4. Stuff very tightly with cheese and salami mixture.
  5. Make day before and store wrapped in foil in refrigerator or freeze.
  6. To serve cut in slices with a sharp knife.
  7. May be served cold or toasted under broiler.
