Hortons Whoville Hash With Poached Eggs

- left over corned beef shopping list
- 6 nice cooked taters shopping list
- vidalia onions diced and spiced shopping list
- hot chili peppers (to your taste) shopping list
- 4 poached eggs shopping list
How to make it
- Get out your meat grinder and grind that corned beef
- followed by taters and peppers and onions
- Should be a bowl tunderneath the grinder so everythings together
- add a lightly scrambled egg and stir
- Heat a skillet on stove
- put in some butter or oil
- Put in your hash
- Give it a smash
- Let it cook till a bit crispy top and bottom
- When almost there
- poach up the eggs and heat up a platter
- have plenty of toast or cornbread won't matter
- hash to the platter
- four holes for the eggs
- have s&p handy
- and there's Horton's hash
- eat up ..it smells dandy

- If you wish to stash your leftover hash
- A container will do with a tight cover too
- In the fridge to be saved for Marylou Who

Before I was a pescatarian I would order this every time out for breakfast. The crispy hash always drew me in with the sweetness of the Vidalia onions it is perfect.
Oh I want to turn the clock back to the time when I ate meat.
