Nettys Veggie Hamburger Stroganoff

This is one of our comfort foods TVP style:)
Ingredients
- 1 cup hamburger TVP(texturized vegetable protine) shopping list
- 1 Cup beef bullion/ broth, or Beeflike seasoning shopping list
- 1 medium onion chopped shopping list
- 1 clove garlic finely chopped shopping list
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 can (4 oz) mushroom pieces and stems shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
How to make it
- Soak TVP in the broth then set aside
- Saute onion + garlic in 10 inch skillit over medium heat 8-10 minutes,
- Add TVP
- Stir in soup, mushroom pieces and salt. Simmer uncovered 10 minutes
- Stir in sour cream; cook until hot
- serve over noodles or white rice
- enjoy!
