Almond Butter Brickle Cookies

- 2 cups butter softened shopping list
- 2 cups granulated sugar shopping list
- 2 cups powdered sugar shopping list
- 2 cups vegetable oil shopping list
- 4 large eggs shopping list
- 2 teaspoons almond extract shopping list
- 9 cups all purpose flour shopping list
- 2 teaspoons baking soda shopping list
- 2 teaspoons cream of tartar shopping list
- 1-1/2 teaspoons salt shopping list
- 2 cups toasted almonds chopped shopping list
- 1 package butter brickle bits shopping list
How to make it
- In mixing bowl cream butter and sugars then add oil, eggs and extract and mix well. Combine flour, soda, cream of tartar and salt and gradually add to creamed mixture.
- Stir in almonds and butter brickle bits then shape into balls and roll in granulated sugar.
- Flatten with fork and bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 for 14 minutes.
