How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • Mix pumpkin, eggs, oil, sugar and spices together until well blended.
  • In another bowl mix flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda together.
  • Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix well then fold in chips and nuts.
  • Drop by spoonfuls on well greased baking sheets.
  • Bake 11 minutes then remove and cool on wire racks.

    MMMMMMmmmmmm!! These are good. Again I tweaked. Did half and half whole wheat and white flour. Then I replaced a little yogurt for the oil, and still good!! Oh I only used half the sugar called for too.
