- 1 pkg yellow cake mix
- 1 pkg instant lemon pudding mix- 4 srv size
- 1 can fruit cocktail in heavy syrup - 16 oz
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- Glaze:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/3 cups coconut
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk

Ingredients

1 pkg yellow cake mix shopping list
1 pkg instant lemon pudding mix- 4 srv size shopping list
1 can fruit cocktail in heavy syrup - 16 oz shopping list
1 cup flaked coconut shopping list
4 eggs shopping list
1/4 cup oil shopping list
1/2 cup brown sugar shopping list
1/2 cup chopped nuts shopping list
Glaze: shopping list
1/2 cup butter shopping list
1/2 cup sugar shopping list
1 1/3 cups coconut shopping list
1/2 cup evaporated milk shopping list

How to make it

Blend all cake ingredients except for brown sugar and nuts and beat 4 minutes with electric mixer at med. speed.
Pour into a well greased 9 x 13 pan.
Sprinkle with the brown sugar and nuts.
Bake in a 325F oven about 45 minutes or tested done.
Cool 15 minutes.
Meanwhile make glaze by combining glaze ingredients and boiling for 2 minutes.
Pour over warm cake.
