How to make it

  • Melt butter in large non-stick skillet and saute onion until soft. Stir in flour, salt and pepper and curry. Heat 1 minute. Stir in broth and cream. Cook, stirring for 5 minutes. Add tomato paste and cook for 3 minutes.
  • Pour 1/2 of the sauce into an 8 cup shallow baking dish. Arrange broccoli along sides. Overlap turkey slices in middle. Pour remaining sauce over turkey. Sprinkle with almonds.
  • Serve with rice and chutney. If you like a hotter curry, use more heat.
