  • Get the broiler going
  • on a large baking pan spread out evenly the tortillas
  • top with half the cheese, then chicken and veg, then rest of cheese
  • place in broiler to cheese just starts to brown
  • serve quickly with salsa, guacamole, sour cream and chile for toppings
