Ingredients

About one pound bag plain tortilla chips (I prefer the flat rounds)

about 1 1/2 pounds cooked chicken meat diced

1-2 pounds favourite shredded cheese

1 large onion diced

1 green pepper diced

jalapenos to taste

favourite salsa on the side for topping

guacamole on the side for topping

sour cream for cooling

chile for heartiness

Directions

Get the broiler going

on a large baking pan spread out evenly the tortillas

top with half the cheese, then chicken and veg, then rest of cheese

place in broiler to cheese just starts to brown

serve quickly with salsa, guacamole, sour cream and chile for toppings

the sky's the limit as to what you include or don't . Try with oregano sprinkled on top. Get out your favourite hot sauce and go to town. Use a different meat like sausage, roast pork, etc. One friend made this with pineapple and bacon on top before broiling it.
