Roasted Pork on Focaccia with Berry Relish Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix all relish ingredients and let sit for an hour
  • Cut focaccia in half horizontally
  • Place lettuce on bottom
  • Layer pork on top of lettuce
  • Add relish
  • Top with focaccia
  • Slice in half, then in half again
