Ingredients
  • 1 lb. deli roast pork (can use leftover pork from roast as well)
  • 1 loaf focaccia bread
  • Lettuce of your choice
  • Relish
  • 2 cups assorted berries of your choice
  • 1/4 cup Grand Marnier
  • 2 tbls. simple syrup
  • 1 tbls lemon juice, fresh

Directions
  1. Mix all relish ingredients and let sit for an hour
  2. Cut focaccia in half horizontally
  3. Place lettuce on bottom
  4. Layer pork on top of lettuce
  5. Add relish
  6. Top with focaccia
  7. Slice in half, then in half again
