How to make it

  • Heat large frying pan with a few tablespoons oil
  • dust chicken in corn starch
  • saute chicken for a few mts each side to brown lightly.
  • add lemon juice and sprinkle oregano on top.
  • turn heat to medium low and cover
  • let cook for about 15 mts or until chicken is thoroughly cooked

    This will get you a start on all sorts of other recipes. I like to make this with rice and a salsa side. Have used it for chicken sandwiches and a greek style salad. Lemon does wonders for replacing salt.
