How to make it

  • Combine ingredients by folding into ice cream.
  • Pour into parfait glasses and freeze, strring several times while freezing to prevent liquid from sinking to bottom of glass.
  • Before serving whip additional cream for garnish, top and sprinkle with almonds or other nuts.
  • Note: If coffee ice cream is not available, use vanilla and add three or four tablespoons of strong coffee or expresso.
