Salmon Ball

- 16 ounce can salmon drained and flaked shopping list
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened shopping list
- 1 teaspoon horseradish shopping list
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder shopping list
- Chopped parsley or nuts shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients together except parsley or nuts.
- Refrigerate one hour then form into ball.
- Roll in fine chopped parsley or chopped nuts.
- Put in refrigerator overnight.
- To use as a dip dilute with mayonnaise.
