Salmon Ball Recipe
This is an amazing appetizer bursting with great flavors. My friend Marissa serves these at her poker parties and there is never any left. Hope you enjoy as much as we all do.

Ingredients
  • 16 ounce can salmon drained and flaked
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Chopped parsley or nuts

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients together except parsley or nuts.
  2. Refrigerate one hour then form into ball.
  3. Roll in fine chopped parsley or chopped nuts.
  4. Put in refrigerator overnight.
  5. To use as a dip dilute with mayonnaise.
