How to make it

  • Gently toss all ingredients in a non-reactive bowl (I use a glass bowl). Cover and leave in the fridge for an hour or longer to develop flavors. I have no idea how long this will last in the fridge as it usually only hangs around for 2 days before find the empty bowl in the sink!

    I have to say we share a common interest in the variety of tomatoes too I have grown the Green Zebra tomato they look so cool. With all of these colors and flavors you end up with a spectacular looking and tasting Salsa. I will have fresh corn also.
