How to make it

  • 1.combine butter, sifted sugar, salt, and jam with mixer on low speed
  • 2. mix in the Rasberrys
  • 3.Turn the speed up and beat the buttercream until it is light and fluffy :)
  • 4.If you are not using The frosting immidiatly put in sealed container and refrigerate usualy lasts 1.5 weeks if refrigerated
  • 5.Frost your cake and i hope YOU ENJOY =)

    I used this to frost a cake for an 8 year old boy's birthday. It was really pink so i just added some cocoa powder (about 1/4 cup - leaving out 1/4 cup powder sugar). It was great!
    Chocolate Raspberry buttercream so easy!
