  • Preheat the oven to gas mark 7/ 220 degrees.
  • mix the egg and flour together.
  • Blend in the milk a little at a time blending into a smooth paste.
  • pour the mixture into moulds and bake until the mixture has risen and the puddings are golden and crisp
