Yorkshire pudding is a traditional Englich dish and goes great with sunday roasts.

Ingredients
- 4oz plain flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 pint of milk
Directions
- preheat the oven to gas mark 7/ 220 degrees.
- mix the egg and flour together.
- Blend in the milk a little at a time blending into a smooth paste.
- pour the mixture into moulds and bake until the mixture has risen and the puddings are golden and crisp
