This is a very nice side dish or appetizer. The Italian dressing really gives the mushrooms a great flavor. Hope you enjoy as much as I do.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups fresh whole mushrooms
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing

Directions
  1. In medium pan combine mushrooms and water.
  2. Bring mixture to a boil then drain well.
  3. Place mushrooms in a small bowl.
  4. Pour Italian dressing over hot mushrooms then stir gently to coat.
  5. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours then stir well before serving.
