I made this tonight and it was fantastic! I didn't have any apples, but I did have "Simply Apple" apple juice, so I used that and made a slurry of cornstarch and water to thicken it. It turned into this sweet, slightly tangy, spicy, apple-y, wonderful glaze. I poured it over my chops, sprinkled with the pecans, served it up with some home-made mac-n-cheese......OMG......pure heaven! Thanks for another ABSOFANTASTICAL recipe.

This looks really good. This could also be a great dinner party dish using pork loin (boneless pork chops). Tagging this. Thanks!
