Squash and Corn

- 6 small summer squash cubed shopping list
- 3 ears corn kernels removed shopping list
- 2 tomatoes peeled and chopped shopping list
- 2 green onions minced shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- toasted bread crumbs shopping list
- 4 green bell peppers hollowed out shopping list
How to make it
- Add squash, tomatoes and green onions to saucepan.
- Season to taste then cover and simmer 10 minutes.
- Add corn then cover and cook 5 minutes longer.
- Cool slightly then add toasted bread crumbs to thicken slightly and fill green peppers.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes with a little water in pan.
