I am so hooked on these. I always find myself eating one after another. This recipe can be double.

Ingredients
  • 1- 6oz butterscotch chips
  • 1/2 cups peanut butter (creamy)
  • 1- 3oz can chow mein noodles
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup salted peanuts

Directions
  1. In a bowl mix chow mein noodles, marshmallows, and peanuts
  2. In a saucepan on low heat melt butterscotch chips
  3. Stir in peanut butter, once it's melted add to the bowl with the chow mein mixture
  4. Toss until coated
  5. Drop by spoon on waxed paper
  6. Chill
