Ingredients
  • 1 whole chicken
  • 2 - 16oz Cambells Cream of Chicken
  • 2 - 6oz Ortega diced jalapenos
  • 1 - 24oz Sour Cream
  • 1 1/2 lbs Shreeded mozarella cheese
  • Salt for taste
  • Pepper for Taste
  • 2 dz corn tortillas
  • 5 garlics

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Boil a pot of water add garlic
  3. Cut chicken in pieces boil it until cooked
  4. Once it's cooked shreed the Chicken add slt and pepper
  5. In a large bowl mix Sour cream, cream of chicken, and jalapenos
  6. One at a time get corn tortillas and add it to the mixture so it's on both sides
  7. In a casserole dish you will get the tortilla with the mixture and add the chicken, then roll the tortilla
  8. Keep doing this until your done
  9. if thers mixture left layer it on top of the enchiladas
  10. Add the mozarella cheese to the top of it
  11. place it in the oven for about 30 or until cheese is melted
