How to make it

  • Puree beans with chicken stock & garlic.
  • Add vinegar (or any flavor desired)
  • season to taste
  • drizzle in olive oil to desired consistency
  • Try a variety of flavors of vinegars, add mustard - I've added hummus - let your imagination run wild!!

    That's different - I've never heard of using beans for the creaminess in a dressing! But it is very health conscious -- not only does it not have alot of fat, it has the beans which are good for you! I've book-marked this to try!
