Creamy Balsamic Dressing Recipe
This is a creamy salad dressing/dip for the health minded. It contains very little fat - and it's super healthy and filling!

Ingredients
  • 1 can white beans, rinsed and drained
  • chicken stock - low sodium
  • minced garlic
  • balsamic vinegar - about 2 TBSP
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt pepper - season to taste

Directions
  1. Puree beans with chicken stock & garlic.
  2. Add vinegar (or any flavor desired)
  3. season to taste
  4. drizzle in olive oil to desired consistency
  5. Try a variety of flavors of vinegars, add mustard - I've added hummus - let your imagination run wild!!

I LOVE balsamic dressings. Great post.


That's different - I've never heard of using beans for the creaminess in a dressing! But it is very health conscious -- not only does it not have alot of fat, it has the beans which are good for you! I've book-marked this to try!
