How to make it

  • Wash mint leaves reserve some for garnish
  • Place mint leaves on the bottom of the pitcher
  • Add Sugar mash together
  • Add lime juice and rum stir until sugar is disolved
  • Just before serving add club soda gently stir
  • Add ice
  • Garnish with mint leaves and slice of lime
