How to make it

  • Cook Pasta in well seasoned water - to blanch the pea pods - I just throw them in with the pasta for the last 5 minutes - when you drain the pasta and pea pods - throw 2 cups of ice on top to stop the cooking - leave the colander over top of a pot to drain as the ice melts. (Make sure to remove any unmelted ice cubes after 10 minutes)
  • Add diced vegetables to the pasta and pea pods - add your dressing and place in the fridge for at least one hour before serving. This is one of those salads that you could add anything to - cheese, mushrooms, artichokes, if you like it you could add it. Enjoy
