Easy clam topping- put on any pizza dough !

Ingredients
  • 1 recipe pizza dough home made or store bought - to fit oblong baking pan ( i.e. 9 x 13 )
  • 1, 10 oz minced clams ( drained ) reserve juice for another recipe if desired
  • 4 Tbs olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbs fresh chopped parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

Directions
  1. Mix all topping ingredients in bowl ( double if needed )
  2. Pat crust into an oblong baking pan.
  3. Spread on topping evenly
  4. Bake 400F about 30 minutes
  5. Cut into pieces.
