Shortcut Mexican Casserole Recipe

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Spray a 1 1/2 quart casserole with cooking spray.
  • Spoon 1/2 the chili into the casserole. Top with 1/2 the sour cream, corn, salsa, chips and cheese.
  • Repeat layers and end with cheese.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.

    Sounds yum! As we like beans I would use Stagg Chili called Private Reserve with beans. Next time I make Mexican Casserole I'm trying this! Thanks!
