Shortcut Mexican Casserole

- 15 oz. can chili without beans shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 8 oz. whole kernel corn (drained shopping list
- 7 oz. green chili salsa shopping list
- 12 oz. Fritos shopping list
- 2 cups sharp cheese, grated shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Spray a 1 1/2 quart casserole with cooking spray.
- Spoon 1/2 the chili into the casserole. Top with 1/2 the sour cream, corn, salsa, chips and cheese.
- Repeat layers and end with cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
