Shamefully easy! Delicious with a crunch of Fritos.

Ingredients
  • 15 oz. can chili without beans
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 8 oz. whole kernel corn (drained
  • 7 oz. green chili salsa
  • 12 oz. Fritos
  • 2 cups sharp cheese, grated

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Spray a 1 1/2 quart casserole with cooking spray.
  3. Spoon 1/2 the chili into the casserole. Top with 1/2 the sour cream, corn, salsa, chips and cheese.
  4. Repeat layers and end with cheese.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes.

Sounds yum! As we like beans I would use Stagg Chili called Private Reserve with beans. Next time I make Mexican Casserole I'm trying this! Thanks!
