Ingredients

How to make it

  • Heat butter or oil in a hot skillet
  • Cover chicken in flour and place in skillet
  • As the chicken gets done pour chicken broth over chicken
  • Add white wine, lemon juice, artichoke bottoms and capers
  • Simmer on the stove until the sauce thickens. If you like it soupier add more chicken broth
