Swiss Hamburger Gravy

- 1 lb ground beef shopping list
- onion (finely chop as much as you enjoy, tastes very) shopping list
- 1 small jar Heinz savory beef gravy shopping list
- 1 small can condensed cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1 can of sliced mushrooms (small or large can, your choice) drained and rinsed shopping list
How to make it
- Cook ground beef and onion without extra oil until no longer pink. Try and keep the beef in slightly larger pieces.
- Drain Beef Mixture
- Combine Soup, Gravy, Mushrooms and Hamburger Mixture in Crock Pot, mix well. Cook until bubbly and heated through. Cook as long as you like. The flavors build the longer it cooks.
- Serving ideas:
- Open Faced over Texas Toast topped with Mashed Potatoes and the Gravy (this is how we had it)
- Over Baked Potatoes
- Over Fried Potatoes
- Over Noodles like Stroganoff
