    I EAT TUNA SALAD FRO LUNCH, AND 1/2 CUP HEALTHY NOODLES WITH 2 TABLES SPOONS SAUCE AND CHICKEN BREAST FOR SUPPER. WITH YOGURTS IN BETWEEN TIMES.
