I also kept this in the fridge ready to eat . I would blend it in the blender for my 2 year old Grandson and we would share a snack in front of the tv...

I believe this is a 0 point soup. Thats why you can eat as much of it as you want and not worry. About 8 years ago when I went on a diet and used this recipe plus a health balance of proper portions of good foods, I lost 100 pounds in 6 months. I looked so good. Then my daughter came home and we started eating bad for us again and now I have all of my weight bad. I blame her!
