SWISS CHICKEN CASSEROLE IN THE CROCK POT This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Bevin Estate in Dallas, Texas in 1990.

Ingredients
  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 cups stuffing mix
  • 1/2 cup butter melted

Directions
  1. Lightly grease slow cooker or spray with cooking spray.
  2. Place chicken breasts cooker then top with cheese.
  3. Combine soup and milk stirring well.
  4. Spoon over cheese then sprinkle with stuffing mix.
  5. Drizzle melted butter over stuffing mix then cook on low for 10 hours.
