How to make it

  • Prepare your dough recipe.
  • Shape the dough into figures on a greased baking sheet, making the body part first, tnen adding shapes for the hair, arms, legs, ears, tails (for animals).
  • Brush with beaten egg to glaze.
  • Add raisins for decoration (eyes, clothing, etc.)
  • Cover with a damp cloth and let dough rise in a warm place.
  • Bake as the recipe specifies, or until the crust is deep golden brown.
