Sounds interesting but very good.

One of my favorite Turkish dishes is 'manti', Turkish ravioli. The tiny pasta squares are stuffed with a lamb mixture and boiled until the pasta is cooked. Atop the cooked manti we spoon on some garlicky yogurt and paprika/butter to garnish. YUM! Since the tiny manti is time consuming to prepare, sometimes I 'cheat' and boil up my favorite kind of pasta, and top off with some fried ground lamb/onion, yogurt and paprika/butter.
