Spicy Peppercorn Rub

- 3 tbsp coriander seeds shopping list
- 3 tbsp cumin seeds shopping list
- 3 tbsp fennel seeds shopping list
- 1 tbsp whole black peppercorns shopping list
How to make it
- Spoon ingredients into a ziploc bag. Place kitchen towel over bag and, with meat mallet or rolling pin, coarsely crush spices. Rub desired amount all over steaks before grilling. Can be stored in a tightly sealed container stored in a cool, dry place for up to two months.
