Angel Chicken Pasta Recipe

Ingredients

6 boneless skinless chicken breast

4 tablespoons butter

1 package dry Italian salad dressing mix

1/2 cup white wine

1 can condensed golden mushroom soup

4 ounce package cream cheese with chives

8 ounce package angel hair pasta

Directions

In a large saucepan melt butter over low heat then add package of dressing.

Blend in wine and undiluted can of soup then blend in cream cheese and stir until smooth.

Heat through gently.

Arrange chicken breasts in a baking dish then pour sauce over top.

Bake at 325 for 60 minutes.

As baking time nears in a large pot with boiling salted water cook angel hair pasta until al dente. Drain well then serve chicken dish over warm angel hair pasta

I made this tonight, and it was absolutely fabulous. I only used 3 chicken breasts (they were really big,) but kept the sauce ingredient amounts the same so we could have extra. Ya'all gotta try this one!
