Ingredients
  • 2 packets malt biscuits
  • approx 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 2 packets philadelphia cream cheese ( each pk is 250gm)
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 600ml of thickened cream
  • 4 tablespoons of Horlicks malt drink powder
  • 1 large packet of Maltesers lightly broken up but not too fine.
  • 4 teaspoons gelatine dissolved in hot water then cooled

Directions
  1. Finely crumb the biscuits then mix with the butter to form a crumble, Spread into the base of a large cheesecake pan and then put in the fridge to set while you make the rest of the cheesecake.
  2. Place the cream cheese, condensed milk and cream into a large bowl and mix until very smooth with no lumps. I tend to soften the cream cheese in the microwave first for about 1 minute.
  3. Once it is smooth add in the gelatine mix and the Horlicks powder and beat again until well mixed.
  4. Now gently stir in the maltesers using a spoon.
  5. Once it is all stirred through then you pour into the cheesecake pan over the biscuit base.
  6. Place into the fridge and leave to set for at least 6 hours.
