An easy twist on an old favorite. We have this a lot in the summer with fresh picked blackberries.

Ingredients
  • 3 C. fruit
  • 1 C. self-rising flour
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 C. milk
  • 1 C. sugar
  • 1 Tbs. vanilla flav.

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Melt butter in 9"x13" pan or long casserole dish.
  3. Mix sugar,flour,milk and vanilla.
  4. Pour over butter.
  5. DO NOT STIR.
  6. Drop fruit in last.
  7. DO NOT STIR.
  8. Bake for about 25 to 30 min until crust comes to top and browns.
