How to make it

  • Put all veggies except peppers in bottom of crockpot or pan.
  • add chicken. Add water. Pour pineapple & juice over chicken. Add pepper strips. Pour soy sauce and then glaze over the
  • chicken.
  • Put crock pot on high for 1 hour, then low for 3 to 4 hours.
  • Or put in oven at 425* for 1 to 1 1/2 hrs until chicken is done.
  • Serve with hot rice.
